MEAL Officer

Reports To: PIU Project Manager and PEF Head of Fundraising

Duty Station: Ramallah

sustained job opportunities.

Summary of the role:

The MEAL Officer will support the design, implementation, and lead the coordination of all monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning efforts across the Sustainable Employment Project, funded by the Federal Republic of Germany through KfW lifecycle to ensure that the project is effectively monitored, evaluated, and adapted based on evidence, while the data collected are used to improve overall performance and accountability.

:Key Responsibilities

Support the development and operationalization of the project’s MEAL framework.

Lead the data collection, analysis, and reporting.

Ensure regular monitoring and reporting of key performance indicators and outputs.

Support the regular periodic and mid-term evaluations.

Support PEF for monitoring beneficiary and other stakeholders feedback mechanisms.

Lead and compile lessons learned and support knowledge management efforts.

الشروط

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Monitoring & Evaluation, Development Studies, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in designing and implementing MEAL systems for development projects. Experience in employment/livelihood projects is preferred.

Proven skills in data collection tool design, data analysis (both quantitative and qualitative), and reporting on indicators. Experience with digital data collection platforms is required.

Excellent analytical and report-writing skills.

Professional fluency in English and Arabic.
